President Trump has banned any “Critical Race” training within Federal agencies and contractors
Tampa, FL – Conservative Clergy of Color is offering its “Getting to All Lives Matter” training program to all Federal agencies and contractors. President Trump recently signed an executive order banning any training based on “Critical Race Theory” from being taught to Federal employees.
Critical Race Theory declares that the entire American system is rigged in favor of whites and designed to systemically oppress Blacks. It is rooted in Marxism, the same Marxism that the founders of Black Lives Matter worship in their quest to restructure American society. After rioting all summer and holding American cities hostage, BLM has forced numerous corporations to adopt the CRT curriculum of falsehoods out of fear or a need to be politically correct as possible.
“It is true that Federal employers need a modern program to help their employees navigate today’s rapidly shifting social landscape. Unfortunately, the lies offered by critical race theory are not the answer,” said Bishop Aubrey Shines, founder of Conservative Clergy of Color. “Our program has the answer. We deal in facts and a belief that human beings can actually achieve understanding without driving home this idea that being white is the new original sin. We do not subscribe to the nihilism that drives the proponents of critical race theory.”
“Getting to All Lives Matter” consists of a six-step, one day training program that relies on sensible discussion and less inflammation. It accepts that humans are not inherently evil or racist, and works toward real solutions that will sow trust, not more divisiveness, in America’s workplaces. The steps are as follows:
1. Why The All Lives Matter Approach Means Stronger Teams
2. How We Get Race Wrong
3. How Responsible Is The Media?
4. Fact-Based Talk on Equity And Opportunity
5. What’s Working, What Didn’t, and What Should Be Tried
6 .Focused Minds and Open Hearts
