Unlike Antifa and BLM, real Americans believe in forgiveness
Tampa, FL – Amid new reports of Antifa rioters burning Bibles in Portland, Bishop Aubrey Shines of Conservative Clergy of Color called on Americans to pray for the rioters and to ask God to forgive them of their evil ways.
“Our Lord’s capacity to forgive is infinite, and true Americans believe in the power of redemption,” said Bishop Shines. “The only cure to this wicked poison infesting our country is for us to remember how to forgive. These angry young people should be reading the Good Book, not setting it on fire.”
Over 60 days of unrest have passed in Portland. Police have been assaulted, businesses destroyed, and now the book millions of Americans hold sacred has been desecrated. The calls for police reform have become nothing more than a front for amoral, anti-Western anarchists to have free reign in America’s cities.
“It’s a testament to the rage driving Antifa and Black Lives Matter, who have shown time and time again they don’t believe in God or His forgiveness,” Bishop Shines said. “They want to punish, and they want to destroy. They want to elevate themselves to God’s place and make judgments on others. I urge my fellow Americans to pray for these people; they need forgiving far more than they realize.”
